About Jordan
Fitness has always been a massive central part of my life. I am a professional contemporary dancer which a gymnastics background. I fell in love with barre 3 years ago and I’m trying to encourage others to get involved. I’ve never felt stronger in all my years of dancing as I do now doing barre 3-5 times a week. I am absolutely hooked…..these barre workouts are addictive! I am a qualified dance instructor and have my level 2 fitness instructors qualification.

I offer 1-2-1 engaging barre fitness classes online. I personalize each class to my clients needs. Depending on ability, injuries and fitness goals. I teach absolute barre beginners all the way to other professional dancers. I am a bubbly Canadian who promises to motivate you all the while keeping a smile on your face.
