About Alejandra
Graduated as Master in Music and Master's Degree in Musicology. With a proven record performing in important scenarios around the world, as Opera Theatre in St. Petersburg-Russia, Ethnological Museum in Barcelona- Spain, and embassies in Atlanta- United States and Jakarta-Indonesia, Alejandra comes wealth of experience in the international performing events. She can teach a multitude of genres and styles from Classical, Latin Folk, Popular classics and modern music. She has more than five years of experience teaching to groups and individuals, in academies and orchestras. As a researcher, she was a speaker in 2019 at the 16th International Council for Traditional Music in Uruguay in the investigative symposium, on “Popular theatre music and rituals”. Making an iconographic approach to the string ensembles in Colombia (Latin America).

Alejandra teaches cello from beginners to advanced students of all ages from her home, or she can travel to yours if you are based in London. She teaches online and in person with a full professional sound set-up. Alejandra offers a flexible lesson schedule, so lessons can take place at a time and frequency to suit you, wherever you are in the world. Alejandra contacted me immediately when I sent a request and was helpful and flexible in arranging a first lesson. It's had been 1 year with amazing lessons. She has a great method, very organised.
