My name is Harry Grech, I'm 34 years old and the head coach and owner of an MMA gym based in Waterloo, Sydney. I love teaching and watching my students improve, so if you're interested in learning and getting your skills up and potentially grading in BJJ then get in touch.

I'm an active professional fighter, double black belt (BJJ and Judo) and student of former UFC champion Josh Barnett. I am the owner of MMA gym KICK PUNCH SUBMIT in Waterloo and I'm here to teach you!. We can also train in parks or other outdoor locations!
I've been coaching for over 10 years, I've fought in the biggest MMA promotions in the world including ONE FC in Thailand, and DEEP FC in Japan. I've fought on the biggest professional submission grappling shows in the world too, alongside the best grapplers in the world.
