About Daniel
I am a Uefa qualified professional football coach with experience across grassroots football, US college football, men’s non-league (Step 6 to Step 4), the West Ham Foundation, and currently at Chelsea FC. I specialise in high-intensity, game-realistic 1-to-1 coaching, focused on improving technical quality, decision-making, and performance under match pressure. I have worked with dozens of players who had limited football experience and helped them join academies including Arsenal, Charlton, West Ham, Luton, Chelsea, as well as semi-professional academies — often within two years. Within six months at Chelsea FC, I guided a group from the bottom of their regional division to the finals of the same tournament. I aim to help ambitious youth and adult players reach their full potential through structured, challenging, and tailored coaching.

My approach to coaching All of my 1-to-1 sessions are high intensity, game-realistic and performance focused. Training is designed to replicate match demands, helping players improve technical quality, decision-making and confidence under pressure. Sessions are structured, purposeful and tailored to the individual player, with clear objectives and honest feedback throughout. Session structure Most lessons are 60 minutes and typically include: • Dynamic warm-up and ball work • High-intensity technical and tactical practices • Match-realistic challenges • Feedback and development points Intensity is adapted to the player’s age and level to ensure sessions are demanding but effective. Experience I have coached at grassroots level, US college football, men’s non-league (Step 6 to Step 4), West Ham, and currently at Chelsea FC. 1-hour session • £60 Block bookings • 5 sessions: £275 (£55/hr) • 10 sessions: £520 (£52/hr) Small group (2–3 players) • £35 per player per hour
