Hello, I am ''Karl FOW'' PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE AND PARKOUR FREE RUNNING COACH certified by the RFEG (Royal Spanish Gymnastics Federation). I have trained @Stefymadness BI WORLD CHAMPION IN THE PARKOUR SPEED MODALITY. I have 17 years of experience doing parkour. Long experience and active high-performance athlete. I don't just train practitioners, I train athletes!

Training methodology for PARKOUR and Ninja Warrior. Basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. For a 1-hour training session plus a half-hour bonus. "Karl FOW"
Classes are held in a trampoline park with a parkour area and trampolines.
At the beginning, every practitioner undergoes a diagnostic test, which consists of completing a course with obstacles, overcoming them in any way they deem best. This test is performed to recognize the practitioners' abilities and thus give the instructor a clear idea of how to guide each individual during both Parkour and physical training.
