About Yasser

I am a professional Qur’an and Islamic Studies teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia (Islamic Sciences), an Ijazah in Hafs and Shu‘bah recitations, and postgraduate diplomas in Islamic Studies, Educational Technology, and Information Systems. I also pursued advanced postgraduate studies in Islamic Sciences (Master’s level) in Malaysia, which enriched my academic and teaching perspective. With over 20 years of teaching experience, including more than 10 years teaching Qur’an and Islamic Studies face-to-face and online, and 9 years specializing in online instruction for international students, I have successfully guided learners worldwide. My strong background in education, technology, and multimedia enables me to deliver authentic, interactive, and engaging lessons tailored to non-Arabic speakers, supported by my solid command of English.

About the lesson

As a certified Qur’an and Islamic Studies teacher holding Ijazah in Hafs and Shu‘bah recitations, I provide lessons that are both academically rigorous and spiritually uplifting.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, including more than 10 years dedicated to Qur’an and Islamic Studies (face-to-face and online), I have guided students of various backgrounds—ranging from beginners to advanced learners pursuing Ijazah certification.

Precise Tajweed instruction with practical application and correction.

Systematic memorization (Hifz) programs supported by revision and follow-up plans.

Advanced recitation studies for students interested in qira’at and sanad.

Islamic Studies modules (Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Tafsir) tailored for non-Arabic speakers.

I emphasize clarity, discipline, and consistency, while using modern teaching tools to enhance the online experience. Each session is designed not only to improve recitation and understanding but also to cultivate a deeper spiritual connection with the Qur’an.
