I am a college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Women's Studies and Gender Studies. I also graduated with my Master of Business Administration degree. I am currently a doctoral degree student enrolled in a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management degree program. I really try to focus on the importance of improving communication through tutoring. I provide lessons to students of all ages and meet the cognitive, learning, and developmental needs of students . My techniques and methods of instruction involve communication to identify the needs of the student and determining a plan of action to improve class performance including quiz as well as test performance. With my methodology of tutoring I believe in meeting the individual learning needs of each student by thoroughly communicating about how to best help the student. I encourage strong communication with family and instructors throughout the tutoring process. I also encourage the use of relevant media to aid in learning.
