About Ramya
I have been teaching yoga for the past 1 year, and have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. I was a software engineer for 10 years, and traveled a lot, learning yoga from a whole variety of places like Bali, Rishikesh. I did my teacher training in Rishikesh, getting deeper into Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I have also practiced and love Ashtanga yoga as my personal practice.

Yoga is a practice which should be enjoyed and it does magic on the body, mind and heart on its own. My approach is to guide the students with a combination of structured as well as intuitive movements, in a calm, gentle way. I emphasis more on the body movements, understanding the areas in a students body which needs movement and stillness.
I teach a combination on Ashtanga, hatha and vinyasa yoga.
