Each class begins with a vigorous warm up routine that includes a variety of exercises including basic yoga and functional training.
All classes cover the absolute basics of belly dance, movement, and correct posture, and impart an in-depth knowledge of one's own body as well as heightened muscular and anatomical awareness.
According to what the student wants from the class, we will either focus on choreography on a particular song, basic steps and drills, high intensity belly dance workouts aimed at weightloss, or an all-inclusive opportunity to develop a passion in a intricate dance form that is gravely misconceived.
Each class also ends with a cool down that involves relaxation and meditation techniques.
