About Flavio
My teaching method is a little different from the traditional one. I value the practice allied to the theory more. In other words, I build a project with the student and as we progress in the project, I score the theoretical questions. At the beginning we make a plan using the SCRUM framework to guide the entire project. At the end of the project, the student will be able to implement a project of any nature using the Python and Django programming language.

Hello my name is Flavio Ferreira. I am a systems analyst by graduation and with a master's degree in computer systems and a doctorate (studying) in defense engineering at IME (Military Engineering Institute). I work as a data scientist where I develop scientific methods to assist in the decision making of the company's executive body. For that, I combine several technologies and methods for building the models, such as: machine learning models with python; dynamic dashboards with qlikview and power bi; oracle database, sql server; postgres; mysql; sqlite. finally, django for the development of CRUD solutions on the web. I am also a university professor and minister subjects related to BI (Business Intelligence). In this course I teach students how to model a cube, create dynamic dashboards and use self service BI techniques. I also teach a lot of SQL and the use of techniques for creating objects in the database with DDL and techniques for manipulating DML data.
