About Lillian
My journey into programming began with a fascination for creating functional programs from logical ideas, which led me to pursue a B.Sc in Computer Engineering followed by an M.Sc in Software Development. Over the past 12 years, I have taught programming to students of all ages and skill levels, guiding them through foundational concepts, advanced algorithms, and real-world software projects. I focus on nurturing confidence, competence, and creativity in programming through patient, structured instruction and engaging exercises.
I emphasize a teaching methodology that balances explanation, demonstration, and guided practice. Students learn to approach problems logically, think critically about solutions, and experiment safely with code to strengthen their understanding. Each lesson is personalized to match the student’s learning pace, goals, and interests, ensuring meaningful progress and sustained engagement.
Outside the classroom, I remain immersed in technology, exploring emerging programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies. Bringing current, practical insights into lessons enriches the learning experience and ensures relevance. Witnessing students develop independence, solve complex problems, and grow confident in coding is deeply rewarding. My mission is to provide learners with technical mastery, problem-solving skill, and the confidence to innovate in the field of programming.
