I am comfortable teaching GCSE, AL and University Students (on a psychology degree - optional module choice may require discussion).
I have an approach to teaching that focuses on the individual's capacity and requirements. This will involve speaking to the student to discuss problem areas in order to form a plan based on syllabi and specification to cover these areas and ensure full understanding of a topic for exam or alternate assessment success. Given my excellent academic achievements in the past, 11A*s for GCSEs and 3 As for AS Level, I am comfortable in guiding students to achieve exam success.
I aim to approach teaching with a 'can do' attitude, focusing on both the strengths and weaknesses of a student, while encouraging passion to learn and providing guidance on how to focus revision and understanding around achieving excellent scores on exams or alternate assessments.
