I am currently a Psychology student in Aberdeen University.
I gave 5 students unofficial tutoring in Mintlaw Academy during my time there.
All of these students achieved B/A's at Higher English level.
My own Higher English grade was an A1.

My teaching method is very question-based. If there is something you are struggling with, we will focus in on that strongly until it is up to par, then move on to the next weaker area. After all areas are up to par, we'll practice through until you have the utmost confidence in your own ability.

Brought me from a C2 to an A4 in Higher pretty quickly, great tutor
My son had been struggling with his English for as long as he'd been in school (more of a maths lad) but his Nat 5 exams were coming soon, and he messed up bad on his prelim (no award).
That's when we got him a tutor, and Aaron was the best there could have been, took him from no award to an A5 in only a few short months.
