About Troy

I'm Troy Boyle, and I'm a published author of short fiction. I have a Bachelor's degree in Law from American Military University and I have published with "Astronomy Today," "Image Comics," "Amazing Stories," and "Main Entertainment," among others. I can help you to craft essays and stories that are written with economy and clarity so that you can express your ideas and imaginations.

About the lesson

My classes are for the beginner to intermediate writer. We will concentrate on the five paragraph essay, and flash fiction.

The five paragraph essay consists of an introduction, conclusion, and supporting paragraphs in-between. It is the starting point for effective business and academic communication.

Can you tell a complete story in one or two pages? After my class, you'll be able to. How do you quickly establish character? How much description is necessary? How much dialog? What is my "voice?"

It is my passion to help others master these quick writings.
