About Becky
I'm keen to help GCSE Computer Science students, adult beginner Python students, beginner Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Students, and those looking to enhance their computer literacy skills, or skills in using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Together, we'll move closer to your goals with every session, whilst enjoying the learning journey along the way.
I achieved an MSc in Computer Science with Distinction as well as a First Class Bachelor's Degree, and I hold multiple certifications in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University and DeepLearning.AI. I'm also a Python developer who creates Speech Therapy software to help children who have delayed language development. These qualifications and experience have equipped me with a broad and comprehensive understanding of Computer Science, and have given me the opportunity to hone my study and revision skills to achieve top grades. I'm keen to pay forward the tuition that I received and share my excellent study skills, so that you can develop yourself and achieve your goals too.

Each lesson, I'll deliver targeted teaching content tailored towards your particular learning goals, as well as active learning techniques such as coding exercises, exam practice, and fun quizzes and learning activities. You'll also use research-backed learning techniques such as spaced repetition to ensure that the learning we do together will stick with you long term.
Before our first lesson, I’ll provide you with a free 30-minute consultation session to understand how to make my sessions with you highly personalised, and targeted towards your learning aims, so that you can gain as much from our sessions as possible. This will involve finding out what particular topics and areas of knowledge you want my support with, and develop a thorough understanding of what you want to gain from your sessions with me. I’ll also go further to understand your personal learning style, and what makes you feel motivated and keen to learn, so that each of my lessons with you will be enjoyable and instructive. Lesson duration and frequency will be tailored to you, in order to suit your attention span, schedule and budget.
I'll work hard to make sure that after each and every lesson, you come away feeling more knowledgeable and skilful about the particular topics and areas that you want help with, more confident in your abilities, and closer to your goals.
