My main aim is to awaken the individual to their inner power and ability to control their breath and mind.

I believe that each student needs an individual practice, after an initial consultation I aim to provide custom/personal guided meditation or yoga classes.
Basic meditation to guided journey meditations are available, whether you are just beginning or looking to dive deeper into your meditation.
I am a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher also offering classes in power vinyasa, yin, and hatha. All yoga classes will include three limbs: pranayama (breathing), asana (posture), and meditation.
