About Claudia
I am originally from Italy and moved to the UK at the age of 19, where I've been living since. I have worked in different cities in the UK and abroad, with the last one being Oxford.
I am a stronger believer of education as the way to inspire and change people's life, hence why I decided to carry on teaching alongside my studies. If you are looking to improve your English through lessons that make you question what you thought you believed in, as well as lots of references to British culture, then I'm your teacher!

Our lessons will be a mix of everyday topics and current affairs -from politics to science. If you are a lower level student, developing your fluency in speaking and expanding vocabulary will be the main focus. For higher level students, we'll be sharping your grammar as well as lexis. You can expect whatever content will be covered in class to be dynamic and challenging.
I am highly qualified and have four years teaching experience mainly in the UK. After gaining my degree in TESOL and Educational Studies from Cardiff Met University and the CELTA certificate, I went to teach at different schools. Until two days ago, I was working at an international school in Oxford. I'm now in London and about to start a master's in Language Sciences.
Having had experience teaching a variety of classes, from General English to IELTS preparation and Academic English, I can help you on any area of English language, and welcome all levels and ages.
