About Soukaina
I'm Soukaina, but you can call me Souky it's shorter and easier to shout when you're on that last rep! haha
I'm a passionate dancer & mover. I have been dancing and into sports since the age of 4.
By being a Young woman that struggled to accept her curves and changes, I'm all about Body positivity. My mission is to show that 'Healthy can have different looks'
I decided to study Sports, personal training, nutrition & dance so that I can live from my passion.
I have chosen to be happy, to do what I love and to feel confident in this professional area.

We always start with a free consultation, So we can exchange all important details, goals, and if needed have a movement assessment and weigh-in / photos.
I design and create programs based on your profile, what you want to achieve but also your personality.
Having a sports and dance background for many years but also with my qualifications, makes me comfortable with all sort of profiles and goals.
My strong quality is that I adapt very easily and can switch up programs and exercises on the spot for various reasons (injuries, mood, aches, time).
