I start building a relationship with my learners before any work begins, assess my learners through fun activities and that leads me to a clear path on how to best help my learners succeed. I believe that NO child is incapable of learning. Whether it takes a while to grasp and even faster than expected. I believe every child is intelligent, capable and worth my time.
