About Tanbir
I’m a passionate Engineering Lecturer with a First-Class degree in Mechanical Engineering and professional experience in engineering and education. I enjoy helping students understand engineering in a simple, practical and engaging way. I became a tutor because I know how challenging engineering can feel, and I want to help students build confidence, improve their grades and genuinely enjoy the subject. I am a qualified Engineering Lecturer with a First-Class Mechanical Engineering degree and real experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Engineering students. I make difficult engineering concepts simple, practical and easy to understand. I can help with Engineering Maths, Mechanical Principles, Design, Materials, Manufacturing, Maintenance, CAD and project work.
My lessons are personalised to your level and goals, whether you need help understanding a difficult topic, preparing for an exam, improving an assignment or building confidence in engineering. I focus on explaining things clearly rather than simply giving you the answer, so you genuinely understand the subject and can tackle problems independently.
I am friendly, patient and happy to adapt my teaching style to suit each student. Whether you’re struggling with engineering or aiming for higher grades, I’ll help you identify exactly what you need to improve and work through it step by step.
