I am a qualified English as a Foreign Language teacher with over ten years’ experience, eight as a freelance tutor working with students on a one-to-one basis in person and online. If you are looking to improve your English in an effective, interesting and relaxed way, I can help you.
Whether you would like lessons for your child or for yourself, I recognise that every student differs in terms of their needs, approaches to learning, interests, and priorities for improving their English. I will identify your requirements from the first lesson and find the best way to support you, based on your individuality, adapting where necessary throughout the learning process.
Over the years, I have developed my style to be able to effectively teach the different language skills of speaking, listening, reading, writing and pronunciation. If you are preparing for an English exam, I am experienced in teaching students for 7+, 8+, 13+, 16+, English GCSE, IELTS, FCE and CAE. I have also worked with numerous university students on essay and dissertation writing.
