About Rodney
As an aspiring musician and music producer I have been playing the saxophone for 10+ years and have played in various bands and have tutored music for nearly 2 years. As someone who has completed their AMEB CmuS (Certificate of Performance) exam as well as 2 years of teaching experience (Music + Teaching) , I understand the importance of not only developing and honing the fundamentals techniques of playing saxophone and music theory but also engaging kids in a fun and challenging way.

Throughout all my lessons that I teach I aim to create an enjoyable and stimulating experience for my students. As all of the kids I have taught so far have been primary school aged, I am able to create a well rounded personalised lesson based on both school requirements as well as the child's own interests. I am familiar with the AMEB syllabus and will be happy to help students achieve their goals regardless of how big or small.
