About Yunsheng
My name is Yun. I was born and raised in Taiwan, but I have been living in Barcelona for the past 10 years. During my spiritual journey, I first discovered meditation, and then yoga found me. Yoga has become one of the most important tools for building strength and resilience in my life. I would love to share that with you — let your body and mind surprise you.

My lessons are adapted to different levels of students:
- Essential
- Deconstruction
- Vinyasa
In the Essential class, I teach all the fundamentals of Navakarana: how to measure your Downward Facing Dog, how to breathe correctly, and how big or small a step to take.
In the Deconstruction class, we focus on different anatomical aspects in each posture (Karana).
In the Vinyasa class, we move with the flow — less explanation, more immersive experience.
