About Louise
I instruct fitness classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Legs, Bums and Tums, Aerobics, Boxfit, HIIT, Circuits, Water Aerobics.
Alongside this I have worked in many gyms, offering personal training and massage.
I have been instructing fitness classes, personal training, massage and nutrition for 7 years now.

I prefer to teach kinesthetic learning, so the students carry out physical activities, rather than listening to a lecture or watching demonstrations.
I would like to start the session, by learning about yourself. What your current needs are and what you have done so far.
I will then check any injuries, likes, dislikes and go through a range of exercises and nutritional information with you.
The classes will be very bespoke to your personal needs.
