About Milla

Hi! My name is Milla, and I am a primary school teacher who is passionate about helping children learn, grow and believe in themselves.

I have always loved working with children and being part of their learning journey. One of the things I enjoy most about teaching is getting to know each student as an individual, understanding what makes them unique and discovering the best ways to help them succeed.

I want to teach because I believe every child deserves to feel valued, supported and capable of achieving great things. I love creating a positive and welcoming learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things and learning from their mistakes.

My teaching style is flexible, engaging and supportive. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I enjoy adapting my lessons to suit each student's needs and interests. I also love giving students opportunities to make choices, share their ideas and take ownership of their learning.

Most importantly, I want learning to be an enjoyable experience. My goal is to help you build confidence, celebrate your progress and develop a love of learning along the way. I can't wait to get to know you and be part of your learning journey!

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is flexible, supportive and student-centred. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to adapt my lessons to suit each student's individual needs, strengths, interests and learning styles. I create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence in their abilities.

I also believe in giving students a sense of choice and agency in their learning wherever possible. I encourage students to take an active role in lessons, share their interests and have a say in how they approach certain activities. By incorporating their preferences and providing opportunities for independence, I hope to make learning engaging, meaningful and enjoyable. My goal is to ensure every student feels supported and confident while making progress towards their individual learning goals.
