About Ella
I am a primary school teacher with experience in all grades from Kinder to Year 6. I have a unique perspective on learning, as I have dyscalculia and ADHD - growing up learning was a challenge. I have developed skills which have enabled me to be successful across many different professional and personal domains. I think my unique perspective allows me to connect with people who may think a little bit out of the box - just like me. I am non judgmental and very patient. I want to help.

I am professionally trained in the Science of Learning - essentially how to quickly transfer learning from short term memory to long term memory in a fast and efficient manner. My greatest strength is working with people who have additional learning needs. I am able to deliver lessons which are engaging and meaningful tailored to each students individual needs.
