About Georgia

I’m a qualified primary school teacher with QTS and several years of experience teaching and tutoring children across the primary age range. I now specialise in 11+ preparation, entrance exams and personalised private tuition, alongside providing more comprehensive homeschooling and daytime educational support for families.

My experience covers English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, creative writing, phonics and SATs preparation. I’ve worked with children of varying abilities and learning needs, and I tailor my approach to the individual child rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme.

I’m warm, patient and encouraging, while maintaining high expectations. I particularly enjoy helping children build confidence, become independent learners and make measurable academic progress.

For families seeking ongoing educational support, I can also plan and deliver personalised homeschooling programmes, identifying gaps, setting clear learning goals and adapting teaching as a child progresses. I’m happy to work closely with parents to create an approach that suits both the child and the family.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each child, building confidence alongside strong academic foundations. As a qualified primary teacher and 11+ specialist, I provide focused preparation for entrance exams as well as personalised homeschooling support. Sessions are engaging, structured and adapted to each child’s individual strengths, gaps and learning style. I cover English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, phonics and creative writing, with clear progress goals and regular feedback for parents.
