About Nafees
I have a qualified teacher status (QTS), and a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry. I have multiple years of experience teaching and tutoring science, to students of a variety of backgrounds, SEND needs, and EHCP plans. I originally began teaching because I enjoyed chemistry and wanted to encourage more people into it. Since, I've considered it a pleasure working with children of varying ages, backgrounds and characteristics, making teaching an ever-changing and always exciting job for me.
I have written a Chemistry Student Book which I will provide for you free of charge! This comes with explanations, examples, and practice questions following the AQA specification, written with deep knowledge of past examiner reports.

I take a relaxed approach to teaching and will will provide in-depth resources, practice questions, exam practice, skills practice, etc, as well as an expert explanation of the topics. I am a very patient teacher and thrive helping those that may not understand topics as quickly as others. We will work at your pace and in a way that best suits your needs.
I'm very familiar with exam boards, exam prep, mark schemes and examiner reports. With this we can make sure you're hitting every point the examiner expects and getting every mark possible, as well as address common exam mistakes and subject misconceptions.
