Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of gaining valuable teaching experience that has shaped me into an effective and dedicated educator. As a software engineer, I have always found joy in sharing my knowledge and helping others succeed in the field. I have had the opportunity to serve as a tutor and mentor for aspiring software engineers, both in formal classroom settings and through one-on-one interactions. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong foundation in pedagogy and instructional design, enabling me to create engaging and effective learning experiences for my students. One aspect of my teaching philosophy is the belief that each student has unique strengths, learning styles, and goals. With this in mind, I strive to tailor my teaching approach to meet the individual needs of my students. I take the time to understand their specific challenges and areas of interest, allowing me to customise lessons and exercises that resonate with them on a personal level.
