About Chris
I am an experienced and qualified teacher in further education. I have a Bsc, in the social sciences, but also able to teach, history, english, hospitality and sports science.
My background is in hospitality, which continues to this day, so any food hygiene courses can be covered.

I use several teaching methodologies, which is dependent on the number of learners, and also the learning styles and abilities of the learner(s).
1: enquiry based learning, which inspires learners to become more independent learners.
2: cooperative learning, i believe when working in a groups, learner involvement will facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, as well as allowing for diversification within the group
3: technological visual and audio methodologies, such as powerpoint presentations, videos and audio presentations.
