About James
I am a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE. I was a primary class teacher in London for 2 years working with children of many nationalities. I then moved to Shanghai to work for a top International School for 3 years, working primarily with Chinese students. I was the Head of English at the school, working on curriculum development and directing the English language support for over 900 students.

Having said this, it is important to break elements of learning down into their component parts so that a learner is able to build them back up again. When it comes to language learning, learners need to be able to hear it, read it, say it and write it.
