I’m Violante, a dedicated and passionate Italian teacher with over 15 years of experience in education across Italy, Spain, and Canada.
Growing up in Florence, the cradle of art and culture, I immersed myself in classical studies, mastering Latin and Ancient Greek, and pursued my passion for Italian literature and Art History at university.
As a certified teacher by the Ministry of Education in Italy, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of students not just learn Italian, but truly connect with the language and Italian culture on a deeper level.
My teaching philosophy centers around a conversational approach, where I create a safe and encouraging space for my students to practice and refine their language skills.
In today’s world, where AI dominates and information is often easily accessible but impersonal, I firmly believe in the power of human connection. Language is a living, breathing entity, and there’s no substitute for the rich, authentic experience of learning it with a native Italian tutor.
