About Mo
I am a tutor with 16 years’ teaching experience.
I have taught all age groups, my youngest student being 4 years old, with my oldest an impressive 75 years of age.
I have successfully guided students to achieve their desired levels in the French Baccalaureate system, as well as the IELTS exam and the Cambridge English: First programme.
I have taught via Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and in person.

My lessons are structured in 4 parts.
Part 1 – General conversation. Here we chat about the week in a naturalistic way.
Part 2 – Reading comprehension. Here, I work with students to study an article, and work on difficult vocabulary and points of grammar
Part 3 – Oral comprehension. Here, I read something aloud, either an article or a story, and the student listens and tries to put it in their own words.
Part 4 – Phrasal verbs. Here, I place a strong focus on the application of phrasal verbs, as these can be very difficult for non-native speakers to understand and utilise effectively.
