About Manju
I am an Ayurvedic practitioner and qualified yoga instructor. I have done my Bachelors degree in Ayurveda and truly believe in the benefits of Ayurveda and Yoga can bring to life.
I believe my knowledge and my background in Ayurveda will help my students to learn and understand principles and practices of Yoga.
I also do focussed sessions to overcome various life-style diseases, stress related problems.

- I also do focused Yoga classes for Life-Style Diseases/ Weight Management / Stress Management
- All participants will be encouraged to know more about Yoga and Ayurveda
- We will begin with basic principles of Yoga and its benefits
- Slowly we will embark on more involved breathing Yoga practices like Pranayama, Vipareetha Karnani, Suryabedi
- We will then move on to Suryanamaskara and Other Yoga Poses and later on we will move onto Kapalabathi
