About Natasha
I am a qualified yoga instructor, specialising in Hatha Yoga, with 11+ years experience teaching individuals and groups, including beginner populations and a variety of age groups.
Additional study in Nutrition and (MSc) in Dance Science has ensured I have a strong understanding of anatomy and safe practice, with a focus on holisitic wellbeing and enjoyment of movement.

When coaching individually, my teaching philosophy is based on the person in front of me, to ensure they are moving and learning in a way that supports their own physical and mental best health. In group sessions, providing a calming energy creates a motivating, safe atmosphere for practice. Overall, I value establishing clear communication in my teaching, a space to laugh and be supported, and a focus on developing strength, health and confidence in movement.
