About Sorcha
I was part of the corporate world for a long time and realised there was something very wrong with that way of living that is not sustainable nor holistic. My passion comes from wanting to help others see that they dont need to kill themselves to make progress. Through balance and knowing that taking the foot off the gas is just as important for longevity and wellbeing and that its OK to do so and necessary is why I do what I do. You deserve to feel good and I know what its like not to and be constantly "on" which is not natural! Having left the rat race and opting for a more balanced lifestyle, I took the plunge into teaching yoga and fitness fulltime. I've worked with women up to 60+ if you're looking for a holistic approach to fitness you're in the right place
