About Whitney
I have been teaching for 11 years, I have taught first grade, third grade and title 1 intervention. I am currently a reading coach in an elementary school, I work with teachers and students to improve reading instruction. I am also working on a masters degree in reading.

I cater my lessons to your child's needs, I will do a short assessment to determine where you student is at. I will then use this data to determine which lessons will best fit your student. I pride my self on working to build a relationship with your child and make them feel comfortable while working with me. I want to help your child succeed and will take it at a pace that works for them. I have lots of experience working with students who struggle with reading.
