I am 18 I live in London and I have been struggling with mental health complications since I was a child. I am also in the LGBTQ+ community and have been learning about counselling and therapy for many years now and I would like to share the information with others to help!

I have so much experience with people who are mentally struggling in life and I have been told so many times I am an old soul, I am always complimented on how amazing and helpful my advice is no matter the situation how big or small. I am very kind and love listening to others and giving advice brings me so much joy personally so I love doing this.
