About Wendy
Backgrounder; Registered Nurse graduate 1978 Toronto Western Hospital, spent many years there in med/surg, renal, renal transplantation and peritoneal dialysis, departed as Head Nurse Peritoneal Home Dialysis Unit. Moved to more rural setting, worked local small hospital in Emerg and Acute Care. Moved to LTC/ continuing care/palliative care for all ages, retired as permanent day shift RN team leader.
Now! Ready, willing and able to share an abundance of nursing knowledge.
