I got into yoga to connect back to myself and gain tools to welcome growth and change.
Humility, dedication, gratitude and trust are just a few traits that the practice of yoga has led me to better understand and cultivate both on and off the mat, and I love having opportunities to pass this knowledge on to students.

I love teaching meditation as well as dynamic vinyasa and hatha flows, with a focus on reconnecting to the self. Students can expect a light-hearted, fun and grounding practice, one that aims to leave them feeling clear and present.
I'm passionate about allowing yoga to work for every age and every body type, so I'd love to help you out in any way that I can!
