My Teaching methods..
Firstly I get to know my students and know their abilities and shortfalls. I have ti gain their trust or we wint be able to succeed. I will concentrate on the blockage of student success first before taking on the lesson or course. I have an open channel between us. With Remedial and Autistic students it has to do with a lot of outside activities where I incorparate the lesson into that.
