About Paul
I am an engineer and a researcher based in Maynooth, Ireland, with a strong multidisciplinary academic and professional foundation that includes an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Energy Engineering and a PhD in Control Engineering. My experience spans both academia and industry: I lectured on vehicle dynamics, control systems, dynamical systems theory and Arduino programming to graduate students in Italy. I also taught mathematics, physics, Arduino programming, and solar system design to students in Africa. Alongside my teaching background, I have hands-on engineering experience in renewable energy and control systems. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the COER in Maynooth, and I am exploring additional opportunities—either online or in person—that allow me to apply my technical expertise, teaching skills, and engineering experience.
