About Holli
I ran track competitively for 8 years. Earning a scholarship my senior year of high school to run at the division 1 level. I now have a passion for strength and conditioning and weightlifting. I taught strength and conditioning at a high school for a year; training as many as 40 people at once. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and love helping other reach their goals.
