About Sonia
I am a PhD student in Robotics Engineering with a strong background in physics and applied sciences. My work involves modeling real-world systems, which helps me explain physics in a practical and intuitive way.
I have worked as a researcher and teaching assistant at two universities in Italy, and I have several years of experience tutoring high school and university students.
I aim to make physics less abstract and more understandable by connecting theory to real applications.

My lessons focus on understanding how and why physical phenomena happen. I use diagrams, examples, and real-world applications to make concepts like forces, energy, and electricity intuitive.
Instead of starting from formulas, I build intuition first, then show how equations describe what is happening. We work through problems step by step, with a strong focus on reasoning and interpretation.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and adapted to each student’s level, from high school to early university.
I also help with exam preparation, problem-solving strategies, and developing confidence in tackling unfamiliar questions.
