About Ethan
I have played rugby for 5 years and I am very passionate about it. I play the position of the flanker where I have to pick in the rucks and pressure the defence. My favourite rugby team is the Glasgow Warriors and my favourite player is Rory Darge.

Over the lesson we will go over a full body warm up, then do some light running/exercise, after that we will work on the students' passing and kicking and if wanted some position work, after that there will be a cool down period to ensure there are no injuries. PARENTS SHOULD SUPERVISE THE LESSON.
