About Nils
I am a sports student at the German Sports University in Cologne and generally love endurance sports. In the past I actually did soccer, handball and swimming until it stopped working at the same time and as a child of the Ruhr area I decided to play soccer. In doing so, however, I lost more and more fun and came to triathlon and running in general by chance. This went so far that I finished my first marathon at 17 and now, in lockdown, I ran a marathon for myself in 2:56. In the meantime I have learned a lot in training science through my studies and have also been a test subject in running studies myself.
