The main reason my people will feel comfortable with me is an individual approach to each based their current knowledge. I start with learning Cyrillic, memorizing Russian phrases and basic Russian words, but my principle is to make this process interesting to learn by correlating student's interests.
Practice speaking Russian as much as possible me as a native speaker I will make it much effectively.
