I was certified in RYT 200 in 2014 from Sivananda India (Kerala) and RYT 300 from Sivananda Ashram, Val Morin, Canada. Prior to this I have been working in the social development sector in India.

My teaching methods are based on the Sivananda Hatha Yoga sequence. I have a flexible teaching methodology, interspersed with basic postures, intermediate, advanced variations and meditative series, pranayama, meditation.
