About Mariam
My name is Mariam and I am a Graduate Entry Medical Student in my final year of study. I have previous degrees in Biomedical Sciences BSc and Regenerative Medicine MSc. I also studied the International Baccalaureate at college which was really challenging but fun!
I absolutely love science and have a passion for making it fun and simple to understand. I also enjoy teaching students and making sure they leave my lessons understanding all concepts taught without confusion. I like to use visual aids in my lessons and I am a fan of practice questions as that's what will prepare you for any test! I am happy to be led by my students if they have particular topics they are finding difficult too. I am a flexible teacher who likes to add some science fun to my lessons!

My lessons centre around what you need as an individual. I will first evaluate your level and where you are and build from there. I teach in a fun way to remember key concepts and ideas, with lots and lots of practice. We will regularly assess how you are doing and I am happy to answer any kinds of questions.
I have a wealth of experience from different universities and educators. I have previous experience teaching students from all levels from year 9 and above.
