About Joseph
Joe Gaffney is a professor in Higher Education in English and Business Fundamentals for five years. Previously, he was a senior executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, leadership and customer negotiations and satisfaction. For over three decades, Joe built relationships with key clients and suppliers, negotiated and written complex client agreements, and provided strong and positive business leadership within various functional areas of the companies for which he worked. He also developed strong communication skills in his staff and, as a professor, does so currently with his students at the university level.
